The Hassansins were hired by Nizam to kill Dastan. Thanks to one of his serpents, he was able to temporarily take the Dagger from Princess Tamina. After several run-ins he finally came face to face with Prince Dastan and the pair fought, Zolm got bitten by one of his own vipers due to Tamina and he fell off a cliff to his death.
As a result of the Grand Rewind, his mission to kill Dastan and his subsequent death had never transpired.
He has a scar from a burn under his right eye. He is skilled at sword fighting, and possess a pair of swords in the shape of snake fangs. He has the power to control snakes, and he can make them shoot like arrows.

- The ability of Zolm to "shoot" snakes like arrows is a possible thing similar to and a possible reference to the likes of the Robert E. Howard-created character for the "Kull stories" Thulsa Doom as depicted in the 1982 Universal Pictures released movie presented by Dino de Laurentis called Conan the Barbarian.
